About me
Enthusiastic. Authentic. Sympathetic.
That’s how I’m often described. And that’s how I take to the stage as a presenter.
I love events, I love presenting, I love learning – through people who talk about themselves, through exciting topics and through dialogue with everyone involved in an event, especially the audience. I have been a regular presenter on stage for over 10 years.
Whether as a cultural anthropoligist, a manager or family man: the ideas, opinions and views of other people interest and fascinate me. And crooked CVs fascinate me.
‘Felix, don’t you want to start your own business as a moderator?’ After colleagues, superiors and customers had often asked me this, I followed my passion and said: Yes, of course!

I was a manager of a team with a high proportion of part-time employees for 10 years. Before the term New Work existed, we lived it: meeting at eye level, personal responsibility, compatibility – as a father, I appreciate that.

We are all obliged to act consciously. I am mobile by bike, public transport, DB, car sharing. I pay attention to my consumer behaviour, discuss it with my sons and believe in start-ups that solve the problems of our time.

As a cultural anthropologist doing empirical research in West Africa, I learnt to always have an alternative view of things, to treat other people with impartiality and respect – and to ask the right questions.
